Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

-Our products are produced and shipped directly to the customer by one of our printing partner companies after you submit your order.  Each item is created at the time of your order. This saves on overproduction, however it can also results in longer production and shipping times. Thank you for understanding.

- Shipping costs are $14 flat rate for orders up to $50.00 and Free for orders of $50.01 and over.

- Order processing and shipping times is controlled by our production partner companies. If you have not received your purchases within 30 days of placing your order, please reach out to our store so we can help you. 

- Delivery time after processing varies based on carriers.

- Delivery restrictions - Hooves and Heartbeats currently only ships to Canadian addresses and may not be able to ship to PO boxes.
